The junior high is attending the Husker Lifeskills Pep Rally in Lincoln this morning, followed by a Husker Women's Basketball Game this afternoon. Go, Huskers!

EHC Honor Choir will be performing tonight at Wisner-Piler High School. Miriel Brokaw & Braxton Watson were selected to sing with the auditioned choir. They are also medal recipients. Kayleigh Anderson, Maxine Davis, Jada Hall, Jalynn Redding, Kassi Simonsen & Katharine Tolle will be representing LDNE as well in the nominated choir. Come support these phenomenal musicians at 6pm and be dazzled by their vocal virtuosity!



SCHEDULE CHANGE!!!! The LDNE vs Pender JH Boys Basketball game at Pender that was scheduled for Friday, November 15th, will now be on THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 14. Same start time of 4:00 PM
So many things about these days makes me smile! (Not a single drop got on the floor!)










Monday, Nov. 4th the JH students that signed up and returned their permission forms will be going to the UNL Life Skills Pep Rally and UNL vs UNO Women's BB game. The bus will leave promptly from Lyons at 7:00 AM. Please DO NOT BE LATE. There will be a Decatur shuttle at 6:15 AM for those that sign up for it. Please sign up for the shuttle in the office. Pinnacle Bank Arena has a clear bag policy, no purses, backpacks, etc. are allowed to be taken in. If we are not back for the afternoon Decatur route, those JH kids will ride the PAWS shuttle home.
Congratulations to our own Kennedy Blevins as being selected to one of the 48 state winners of the Believers and Achievers Award from Currency and the NSAA. Alexander Timm and Miriel Brokaw were local winners of this award as well.



Cookies in a Jar can be ordered using the attached form and turned into the school office through December 4th. This fundraiser helps support the 2024-2025 LDNE yearbook.

1st year preschoolers had a fun and windy morning outside collecting leaves to make Jack O'Lantern Bags!

Miriel Brokaw has been selected to perform at the Nebraska All-State Chorus in Lincoln, Ne, on November 22nd at 4:30pm!
Miriel is also one of the top 2 students with the highest scores in our region, for Soprano 1, giving her the opportunity to audition for a solo in one of the concert pieces!
