Due to Winside making the Football playoffs, the LDNE vs Winside volleyball game has been moved to FRIDAY, OCTOBER 20. Only the JV and Varsity will play starting at 5:30 PM.
The Cougar varsity volleyball team continued play in the EHC tournament this morning. The girls picked up a win against Pender, but lost a close one to Tekamah-Herman in 3 sets.

Here is the updated East Husker Volleyball tournament bracket. The Cougars will continue play Saturday morning in LEIGH starting at 9:00 AM against Pender. They will play Tekamah-Herman following.

Good luck to the Girls and Boys Cross Country teams as they compete at Districts in Pender today. The girls' race will start at 4:30 PM with the boys' race following at 5:15 PM. The race will be run at Twin Creek golf course north of Pender.
It is important to learn that working out is not just about physical health but also mental health. Every last Wednesday of the quarter, our weights class students get to choose a mental health activity. It is safe to say that they took "Rest Day" seriously!
