Good luck to the Girls and Boys Cross Country teams as they compete at Districts in Pender today. The girls' race will start at 4:30 PM with the boys' race following at 5:15 PM. The race will be run at Twin Creek golf course north of Pender.
It is important to learn that working out is not just about physical health but also mental health. Every last Wednesday of the quarter, our weights class students get to choose a mental health activity. It is safe to say that they took "Rest Day" seriously!
PARENT'S NIGHT. Friday is Parent's Night for HS Football and Cheerleading. The Football players and their parents will be announced at 6:30 PM. Parents are asked to be at the field no later than 6:20.
Cheerleaders and their parents will be announced at halftime.

The Volleyball C team traveled to Oakland today and went 2-1! They fell short to Oakland-Craig but earned Runner-up in the tournament! Great Job Ladies!
