Journalism students are selling Cookies (and other goodies) in a Jar again this year to help cover the cost of the 24-25 LDNE Yearbook. Stop by the concession stand at tonight's varsity volleyball game to put in an order. Orders will be delivered before Christmas Break.

LDNE will offer a Fan bus on Thursday to the playoff FB game in Shickley. This is open to all students and community members. Any elementary student that signs up will need to be accompanied by an adult to be able to ride. Students riding the bus will get their lunches at 11:15 and the bus will leave promptly at 11:30. Please sign up in the front office by Wednesday noon. We will need a minimum of 20 people signed up to offer the bus.

Congratulations to the LDNE football team for making the Nebraska state football playoffs! We will dismiss school at noon on Thursday, October 24th so our students and staff can go support the Cougars!
SCHEDULE UPDATE: With both LDNE and Winside qualifying for the state football playoffs, the HS Volleyball matches vs Winside will now be played on FRIDAY, OCTOBER 25 starting at 6:00 PM. This will be JV and varsity only matches.
STATE FOOTBALL PLAYOFFS: The LDNE football team has qualified for the D2 State Football playoffs. They will travel to Shickley on Thursday, Oct. 24th to play BDS starting at 3:00 PM.

Cookies In a Jar Fundraiser kicks off this week! Stop by the fundraising table at the Home Football game Friday Night to put in an order for Cookies, Brownies, Overnight Oats & HOT COCOA BOMBS!!! These will be crafted and delivered prior to Christmas Break so they are the perfect holiday gift idea. The proceeds are used to help defray the expense of the 24-25 LDNE Yearbook.
