1st year preschoolers celebrated the 100th day of preschool yesterday! We started the day with finding a hidden 100 on our breakfast tray, participated in counting activities with the 3rd grade class and made a snack with 100 pieces! Students also participated in other number activities such as painting 100 dots, making necklaces with 100 beads, and making 100 play dough hearts. We ended the day eating our 100 piece snack with some juice and filling our 100 chart with 100 stickers by making 100 great choices throughout the week! 

We had a great time at our 1st Future Cougar Playgroup this morning! We loved meeting you! If you have an incoming preschooler and would like to join us for our next playgroups, we would love to have you! Our next playgroups are: March 27th and April 24th. Please sign up using this link!

Congratulations to our speech team. They earned 4th as a team at our conference meet. Isabelle Schrader, Addy Salazar, Kaylin Miller, and Kaylee Tomka took home 6th place with their OID. Kaylee Tomka and Alexa Ashcraft earned 6th place with their duet. Addy Salazar earned 5th in poetry. Belen Estrada earned 5th in informative, and Kaylin Miller earned 3rd in entertainment.

Next Friday, February 27th from 8:15-9:15 AM, eligible incoming preschoolers are welcome to come to the first year preschool classroom to meet teachers, see the classroom and meet some future classmates! We look forward to seeing our Future Cougars!
