The past few weeks, Gloria has been such an asset to many different areas of our high school. Whenever it is time to ask for students to help, which oftentimes means after school, Gloria is always signed up to volunteer. Whether it is concession stand, taking a role in the school play, or to organize and lead the Veteran’s Day Bulletin Board, she is there and working full time. She has a great attitude, speaks up when she knows it is necessary, and also willingly takes direction from peers or her advisors. Using her knowledge in graphic design, Gloria designed, looked for feedback, and edited her work to make professional looking posters for this year’s one-act play and for the PBIS posters in the elementary hallways. In addition, she stuck to the deadlines set by those who needed the projects completed in a timely manner making her a reliable person to approach for future projects. These are the many reasons Mrs. Seagren and Mrs. Mace would like to nominate Gloria Estrada for this week’s Spotlight for Success.
