Technology Advances at LDNE!

Written by 9th Grader Bren Shatto

Remember those old days of pen and paper? They are now over with our new MacBook Air! Starting this year we are a Google school which means we are all on the Google Cloud. It is now easier to interact with other students and teachers. Many students are excited about the technological advancements. This will make everything simpler for everyone. These new computers make life easier for students and teachers. Students can use their documents anywhere now and can hand in assignments from computers. Teachers can see students work easier and can communicate digitally. I believe that this advancement will better the school entirely. I interviewed Bow Whitley and asked what he thought of the new computers. He commented, "These computers would help us move with the times€ and this update is needed seeing that the old MacBooks were worn down.€ I agree that the old Macs were lost in time compared to the new ones! These computers will help us be one of the top schools around now that we have better technology to back us up. These MacBook Airs and Google Chrome and will change our school for the best. Hopefully we can continue to get updates through the years so we can stay on top. Students are pleased with the updates, and teachers' new ideas help us learn. With such excitement for this year'€™s technology, I wonder what is next for LDNE.
