Fifth & Sixth Graders Attend Safety Day
Northeast's fifth and sixth graders attended a Safety Day in Tekamah that was sponsored by Burt County Public Power District and Nebraska Public Power District. We participated in several different activities including: trying on linemen's equipment, riding in a bucket and learning about non-renewable and renewable resources, how power is transferred to our homes, and what dangers there are associated with power.
