Preschoolers Ring in the Chinese New Year

The preschoolers have learned about the traditions of the Chinese New Year this week. The children read many stories about China, and the celebration of the Chinese New Year. They compared it to our holidays and found it was most like the 4th of July celebration in America. They also made dragons, and did a parade for the elementary and many high school classes.
