Jingle Bells Ring on Friday
and everybody says Merry Christmas
Merry Christmas
was celebrated on Friday with reviewing for semester tests and
ending the 2nd quarter, community food project in Decatur,
caroling, parties, candy canes delivered by Santa and his student
council elves and a pep rally. Music Appreciation students playing
their guitars teamed with Spanish II students and they shared
carols sung in Spanish with several classrooms.
Mrs.
Seagren took several students to Decatur to load food boxes. Santa,
his tall elf and several small elves, shared candy canes with all
the students thanks to the student council. Elementary
students had fun at their Christmas parties; thank you to all the
parents who helped with the parties. Finally, the day ended with a
pep rally to show support for our basketball teams. The first
semester ended with many successes and wishes for a very happy
holiday to everyone. See you in January 2010.
