Good luck to the HS Volleyball teams today as they travel to Wakefield for tournament games today, starting at 5:30 p.m. Please dismiss the following players at 3:15: Brittani B., Megan L., Starla M., Sydnee B., Mandy D., Katie D., Brittney P., Brenna W., Miranda L., Hannah C., Kayli W, and Sarah A. The tournament continues on Saturday.
Today, there is a National Honor Society meeting in Mr. Timm's room during lunch.
Tryouts for Mock Trial have begun. Sign-up for an audition time with Mr. Wantz.
School picture retake day is Friday, Sept. 24th.
The Cougar Varsity Football team has a bye this week. On Monday, the JV Football team travels to Mead for a 5:00 p.m. game.
Students: when the Pom Pon or cheer squad are practicing in the morning in the big gym, please either stay in the locker room or front lobby area until the practice is over. The gym is closed to students until practice is over, about 7:55 a.m.
Don’t forget to get your Cougar tattoos from Mrs. Mace. 2 for .25 cents!!! Stop in before or after school to purchase tattoos before volleyball or football games!
Sophomores & Freshmen – reminder to finish up your Little Ceasars Pizza fundraising.
The last day to purchase honey from the National Honor Society members is today. There are 3 flavors (Raspberry, Cinnamon, and Natural) for sale in 8 oz jars that sell for $5/jar or $14 for multiples of three. See Mr. Timm if any questions or to order.
A Jr. High Dance will take place on Friday, September 10th from 7-10 pm in the small gym. Admission is $3. Jr. High students from 6 other schools have been invited to attend as well. Refreshments will be served for $1.
Please sign up in the Principal’s office to see the Sports Trainer before 9 am on Thursday mornings. Students signed up will meet with him in the gym when called from class.
7-12 students needing to ride the athletic shuttle after school will need to sign up at the front office each day before 1:00 p.m. This includes the Wednesday night shuttle.
