Junior High Volleyball Underway!

With only 14 girls out for volleyball this year, the team members are sure to see a lot of playing time. The B team members include Darcey Simonsen, Morgan Olsen, Katelyn Peterson, Jesika Kramer, Kayci Kramer, Victoria Maslonka, and Tatiayana Harris. The A team members include Kayli Wheaton, Alexis Totten, Hannah Christiansen, Haley Bacon, McKinna Gatewood, Heidi Miller, Vanessa Peterson. The Junior High Volleyball teams are coached by Carrie Andersen, assisted by LeeAnn Smith.
On Thursday, September 17th, the Junior High Volleyball teams competed in their first match of the season against Oakland-Craig. The B team won the match (9-21, 21-11, 5-21, 21-16, 15-10). The A team won the match (21-13, 24-22, 10-21, 21-12).
On Tuesday, September 22nd, the Junior High Volleyball teams competed in their second match of the season against Scribner-Snyder. The B team lost the match (10-21, 12-21). The A team also lost the match (14-21, 13-21).
The next match will be against Pender on October 1st.
