The Board of Education of the Lyons-Decatur School District No. 20 met in a special session, (2007-2008 Tax Request Resolution Hearing) Monday, September 10, 2007, in the secondary library. Present were
C Anderson, J Anderson, Borchman-Hassebrook, Brehmer, Christiansen, Davis, Preston, Superintendent Hansen and Principal Smith. Absent were Kellogg and Vlach.
It was moved by Davis, seconded by Brehmer to open the duly publicized meeting at 7:35 p.m. Roll Call. Aye: C Anderson, J Anderson, Borchman-Hassebrook, Brehmer, Christiansen, Davis, and Preston. Absent: Kellogg and Vlach
Acknowledgment of receipt of notice and agenda for the meeting was taken by Roll Call: Aye:

The hearing was called for the purpose of hearing support, opposition, criticism, or suggestions for the 2007-2008 Tax Request.
No action was taken and President Preston closed the Tax Request Hearing at 7:43 p.m. to open the scheduled regular meeting.
